Everybody to the Limit



Wow, so was I stupid or what?? I haven’t updated this in almost a week and it’s not because I had nothing to talk about either. It’s because I had so much I didn’t know what to talk about.



So I’m gonna do a big post and update on everything:


- I got a new webpage and it’s at http://www.cs.scranton.edu/~sdp6. Check it out, it doesn’t have anything too special but maybe I’ll put some pics up of me and my friends. I’m open to input on what it should have. I mostly did it for people to see my work and my resume cause I need to start worrying about where I am going to work after school ends.

- Speaking of school, the fight with finals is over and it was a draw. I got about above a 3 which is my only requirement for me not to shoot myself but it wasn’t as high as I had hoped. Oh well, as long as I keep my scholarship and my insurance bonus.

- I can’t wait for Ocean City this year, June 28-July 5th, it’s me Jeff Murph Fayo Tegan Alicia and the NP girls (Noelle, The Robins (Palmer and Boiner) and Erica). I really have grown to love those girls, they are hella fun and I haven’t found them to be crazy yet (well they are kinda crazy but the good kind of crazy, kind of crazy I think I am). Plus I am the only single guy goin so look out all you girls in O.C.

- I took the week off from work and school and was left to my own devices, IT WAS AWESOME!!! I played golf for the first time, hit the gym, spent a whole day with my mom, just an overall good time.

- Been thinking about girls lately and a lot of talking with my boys about it because it comes up a lot lately due to all our respective situations, go read their blog if you want to know about it and if they don’t talk about it or don’t have one then no one wants you to know so don’t bother me. We all came to a group decision; I am the pickiest guy ever. So if you are reading this and I’ve had a crush or anything on you ever, good for you!

- There is one girl I’m kinda interested in which is exciting because this hasn’t happened since like September/October of last year. No I’m not mentioning names here, but it’s spring time and time to have stupid crushes and shit like this. Why not, right?

- I love the new Less Than Jake CD; it kicks more ass then almost anything.

- Matrix Reloaded and the Enter the Matrix video game may kick more ass then the aforementioned album.

- If you didn’t know already, I’m doin’ that Atkins Diet and it’s been going real well…down 26 pounds in the past like 2 months w00t!

- I really enjoyed school this semester. I hung out with more people in my major and they aren’t all complete dorks as I once thought, either that or my standards have lowered….either or I like them and I reaffirmed my position that I love the U and made the right decision leaving Drexel for here. A great school and I get to be with all my best friends from High School still, cept for Louie and Hursty. Who I get to see a bunch thanks to Mike’s love for Lea.

- If you know anyone that runs Internships for Computer Science next summer, give them my name and tell them how totally sweet I am.

Finally…………….


Buffy is over



I am not gay, but I fuckin’ loved the Buffy show. I only started watching a little under a year ago and I got totally hooked. I even buy the DVD’s to see all the episode’s I missed. It was an awesome episode to end the series and I will miss it greatly as I now have nothing left to watch on TV (Jack said that’s good , that TV is bad to which I respond…”yay, another hour in front of the computer”). If you never watched the show check out this site, and view a couple episodes there, or don’t whateva. The last episode really reminded me of why I loved the show, they had a whole scene who’s only purpose was to mention a character from my favorite website http://www.homestarrunner.com, Trogdor the Burniator. The way Joss (the creator) still has his finger on the pulse of pop-culture after 7 years is amazing, and I love the wit of the show.



Here is the witty banter from that scene which now makes up my favorite away message, the gang is playing a mock D&D type game, Giles is Buffy’s watcher, an old British guy:



Giles: Ok I’ll walk through the door.



Dorky Kid: You go through the door and are confronted by Trogdor the Burninator



Giles: Alright, I’ll fight.



Dorky Kid: Ok, loss of five hit points…you are badly wounded



Giles: Wait, what about my bag of illusions??



Dorky Kid: Illusions, against a Burniator?? Silly, silly, British man.

So that’s gonna be it for me, sorry it took me so long to get that all down and I’m sorry this post was so long but maybe I’ll get some good comments to encourage me to post more, hint hint.
