So I am sitting here, waiting to go out for Jack's Bday and reading some blogs (some old favorites came back, woohoo) and thinking about things...
It's a weird time in my life.
I MUST call up and apply for my internship next week to get the job part of my life moving.
Erin turns 21 in 4 hours...it's weird to see someone you love as if they were your own family turn 21 when they were always the younger one.
C is coming in. I don't think for one monent I ever thought I was going to meet her, ever since we met all 9 years ago (wow, 9 years). Part of me won't believe it till I see her face to face. If you read this and you don't know C, you may. If you hung out on IRC with me all those years ago she used to go by the handles maryjane and ju1iet (I believe in that order, she will probably correct me though). If you didn't hang with me there back in the 6th and 7th grades she is, as Greg puts it "the ultimate fairytale," I met her online about 9 years ago and since then we talked most everyday either online or over the phone ('cept when we both had major relationships) and she has been one of my best friends ever since and she is flying from Cali to visit me on Jan 15. You will probably hear more about her soon.
I'm finaly entering my last Spring semister of college.
All my old friends are in and I've been hanging out with tons of them recently.
I hear stories of old friends/old best friends still thinking of me and I hope it's not as in bad of a light as I hear. I truly do love all my old relationships (lovers and friends) and I wish them all the best and I'm sorry if you don't believe me.
I think my New Year's resolution is to not only take every chance I get at being happy in the next 365 days but to freakin jump on it like a horned-up prision inmate when his wife comes to visit.
I'm going to Philly for the New Year's Eve celebration.
